Many of these links are affiliate links, which means I may get a commission if you purchase. However, none of the fees of these resources have been increased to compensate me. In fact, some of the creators of these tools have given me a special discount that I get to pass on to you! It’s one way that we are able to continue to provide relevant and free content!

Roboform is a password keeper.  I save my most commonly used website links and log-on information and can access it all with just ONE main password.  No more flipping through a password book.  And I can always access my passwords when needed since Roboform is Internet-based.

2. Tailwind - Marketing

Tailwind is a scheduling system for Pinterest and Instagram.  I use it to schedule 95% of my pins on Pinterest.  I post 15 to 30 pins a day and only have to work on Pinterest once a month.  I schedule everything out for the month and then Tailwind does the daily leg work for me.  I was able to take one brand new Pinterest account from zero viewers to over 300,000 viewers in as little as four weeks!

3. DropBox - Organization

DropBox is a file sharing platform.  I use Dropbox to store my own documents, so I can access them from any computer.  I also use it to share folders with others, from my husband to clients. The files in shared folders are shared as soon as they are saved.  It really is a time saver and can help keep everyone in the know.

4. Canva - Marketing / Graphic Design

Canva is amazing!  I have learned how to create my own graphics and infographics.  Time is in such short supply, and it’s great for me, a non-creative type, to be able to create graphics for my blogs and social media posts quickly.  And trust me, the more you use it, the better you will become at creating beautiful graphics.  I even used Canva to format my E-Book!

5. Jetpack Workflow System - Organization

Jetpack Workflow is just that, a workflow system.  I schedule out ‘jobs’ and ‘tasks’ and assign them to the appropriate team member.  The system allows for due dates to be added for each job and has a handy note feature.  Probably my favorite feature is the ability to attach documents to the job.  No more printing, filing, or searching for source documents.  They are all attached to the job.  Once the job is completed and archived the attachments are still there.  Jetpack advertises to Accounting firms, but don’t let that turn you away, it’s perfect for many business types.

6. Elementor Plug-in - Marketing

I use the Elementor Plug-in on my WordPress.org website.  This plug-in is a page layout designer.  The built-in drag and drop feature makes sure that my website pages are beautiful and professional.  No more misaligned columns!

I use Leadpages to create sales and opt-in pages.  Between all the templates that are available to choose from and the drag and drop design feature, I was able to catch on fast.  It’s perfect to use for opt-in offers to collect email addresses.  Just create a Lead Magnet and attach to the opt-in page and the system automatically emails the recipient whatever you attach to the Lead Magnet!  Game Changer!

I use Bluehost for website hosting. I log into my website via their portal, which I find easy to navigate.  While I have only needed to contact customer service a handful of times my experience has been positive. They offer fabulous new customer discounts!  I was lucky enough to snag a great deal for my first year. The advantages of being self-hosted are numerous!
